Recently uncovered – Alberta Palaeontological Society Art

Alberta Palaeontological Society dinosaur art 9It’s Way Back day. I’m not even sure what I was searching for when I found these. Way Back I did a lot of covers for the Alberta Palaeontological Society bulletins. I was in school then studying Zoology and targeting palaeontology as a goal. Eventually I worked as an illustrator at the Royal Tyrrell Museum of Palaeontology in Drumheller, Alberta, Canada.  I’ve learned that I’m an artist who likes science, not a scientist. I should get into the the dinosaur thing though. You can see that some of these are hand drawn and some are digital. The digital work was done on Macintosh, with a mouse, left handed. It’s not how I do things these days…..
